- 1 avocado
- 100 ml of milk
- 100 g condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

RECIPE PREPARATION Ice cream dessert from avocado and pistachio:
We peel avocados, cut them into slices and grind them with the help of a blender or a fork.
Add lemon juice, mix well, then add milk and condensed milk.
Mix well until smooth, add the cream in a bowl, decorate with pistachios and put in the freezer overnight.
Serve for 2 days, decorate with pistachios or chocolate sauce.
